Quality Department:
- Monitor and evaluate key quality indicators and patient safety objectives to ensure continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate NABH accreditation activities and compliance with applicable quality standards.
- Conduct internal quality audits, departmental assessments and compliance reviews across clinical and non-clinical areas.
- Plan and organize staff training programmes, workshops and quality awareness initiatives as per the annual training calendar.
- Organize and conduct fire safety drills, disaster management exercises and emergency preparedness mock drills to strengthen institutional readiness.
- Review incidents and facilitate corrective and preventive actions for risk reduction and system improvement.
- Promote and support quality improvement projects, process optimization, and evidence-based healthcare practices.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standard operating procedures, statutory requirements and documentation standards.
- Enhance patient satisfaction and promote service excellence through continuous monitoring, feedback analysis, Patient Reported Outcome Measures, Patient Reported Experience Measures and quality-driven initiatives.
